My support person that met with me initially was very helpful and in no time I was up and running creating the very familiar certificates we have always used to send out digitally. The process is also flexible and efficient. What used to take me 3 to 4 hours a week in processing physical certs to mail now only an hour or so of data entry. Saves thousands on postage too! Customers so used to digital everything these days are thrilled! **What do you dislike about SimpleCert?** One flaw that I have found. The fields on your cert do not auto adjust by font or size to accommodate longer detail like name or location. Kind of like Powerpoint will adjust the font of the text to fit into a specific sized field. You don't know until you've created a batch and have to go back and look at them all if you suspect an issue. Then you'd have to go adjust the template to fix it after the fact and try again or enter them individually instead of a batch. So that is kind of a pain since I can get a lot of long names and locations that have to fit in the specific fields for them. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cuts down on time to process, postage, supplies, and the wait time for shipping to the student. **Official Response from Aaron Cole:** > Hello and thank you for your comments! And you have a very good call out about automatic text resizing - currently now, the platform WILL automatically resize font size for the recipient name (First and last Name). BUT it will not do the same for other text fields on the certificate, and the good news is that is our roadmap for development this year - likely in the summer months that will roll out. Additionally, sometimes I have issues using it and seeing the email text and have to clear my cookies. My colleague has had the same issue. They worked with our IT department to integrate their platform with our email system to personalize the distribution process.
