What do you like best about SimpleCert?

We only create certificates twice a year which means we have to relearn they system. It's so easy to use, it's not an issue. I know Aaron will be there if I have any issue. My members are forever needing certificates to be resent and that is so easy to accomplish with SimpleCert.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

Nothing, really. Perhaps that not enough people use it over other, less efficient, more expensive solutions? (I had wanted to just leave it at "Nothing, really." but needed to add 40 characters minimum to get to press next in this review) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

It's easy to use to send resources and certificates to our training participants. Customer service is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleCert?

I wish there were more certificate templates. Additionally, sometimes I have issues using it and seeing the email text and have to clear my cookies. My colleague has had the same issue. Additionally, it would be great if there was a way to send one batch to one email address from simple cert, instead of downloading it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleCert?

SimpleCert has been a fantastic resource for our training company. It allows us to quickly issue certificates to hundreds of participants by simply importing a spreadsheet, which saves us a significant amount of time. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and our clients appreciate having access to the user portal to easily manage their certifications. What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hello and thank you for your comments! I'm glad you've found the SimpleCert platform to be helpful. And thanks also for your comments about being able to test changes to certificates that you've made. Have you used the "Update and Preview" button, from within the Builder? It's located on the top right portion of the Builder, when you select that you can preview any changes to a template that you have made, or have an actual certificate be sent to your email. We would be more than happy to meet and review your process - ideally you really only should need to purchase additional templates if there are visual, graphical differences in your certificate designs.
