As it states in the title, it really is simple! - Whether you are creating a new feedback form or, are trying to gather feedback, everything is very centralized and cleanly organized which I can appreciate because organization isn't my strongest trait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being just in the early phases / trial phase of Simple Testimonial, I haven't come across much that I haven't liked. It's neatly organized and pretty straightforward with its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ease of use of the platform. Registration is easy. There is a free version that I am currently using. The platform is ultra intuitive. I created my testimonial request form in 1 minute (adding logo, color scheme, and text). My form is already ready. I have a link that I can share on my beacons.ai, my website, and my automated emails. In short, the implementation is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't appreciate, however, is the deception. I clicked on a button labeled "free version for life" [START FREE FOREVER PLAN] and I receive this message on my dashboard: "Warning! You are on a 7-day trial period. Please subscribe to save all your videos!" It's misleading! I feel cheated. At best, say it's a 7-day free version, I would have understood, but not a "free version for life." Furthermore, there is no multi-language module for the testimonial request form (this poses a huge problem for me, I can't just rely on a client who has integrated Google Translate into their browser). Ease of use by not working with a specific code, it is a free-code product. This allows you to work and implement it without a developer. In our case, we didn't even use the developer of the website where it is being published. Customization and limited functionality versus other similar tools available in the market. Customer support is not the most efficient and fast in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy, very practical, cloud based. Easy implementation (I used in Linktree, and future use on World Press). It's easy to integrate, a number of features to choose (text, colors, etc) .I am planning to direct users to record testimonials and get prices in order to get traffic and feedback for my project.
