Anyone who wants to use it can do so immediately without any training. It's easy to use within one of the platforms we all use most frequently, Slack, and supports quick responsiveness. The integration takes zero time to get operational, unlike others that require formal rollout and training. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy. I appreciate that Simple Poll is well-integrated with Slack, making it more convenient for team communication. The clean UI stands out, providing a smoother user experience. One of the most essential features for my team is the ability to see who has voted in a poll. This feature was not available with simple reactions and is crucial for us as it lets us track participation more accurately. This function also makes exporting poll results cleaner and more straightforward. I tried using Simply Poll on Slack since we do a lot of things there, and I thought the integration was awesome. Creating a poll within an active channel allows for a lot more feedback. It has a significantly higher response rate than sending an email or asking people to fill out a form on a link. It was easy to turn on in Slack as they have lots of prebuilt integrations. Because I was unable to make it work within the first few minutes of trying, hoping it was a quick fix, I realized I would need to dedicate more time and energy into it, which I did not have. We were experiencing issues with employee engagement in providing feedback on specific matters. We considered asking polls across our internal platforms as a potential approach. When we saw that Simply Poll was readily available through Slack, we thought this would be a great feature because 99% of the people in our organization are highly active in Slack. We saw that simply prompting a poll within Slack to get an immediate or much quicker response would be the best way to gather feedback. Not only would the input be beneficial, but it would also be timely and highly engaging, thanks to how easily people can provide feedback in a system they already use.
