What do you like best about Silverbucket?

Silverbucket is easy to use and adapts well in different situations.

Most of the metadata units are easy to adapt to different situations and modifications are quick and easy to do.

Adding new users, projects and customers is quick and easy. All data can be modified later if changes occuer.

Integration to other software for example Power BI are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silverbucket?

Reports are not very useful. They are mainly focused on the economic side of projects not humanresources of the project.

Many cases, days as allocation units in reports and figures is not available. They mainly use hours as allocation unit.

Some metadata parts like custmer of the project can't have multiple options selected.

What do you like best about Silverbucket?

Silverbucket user interface is intuitive and straightforward. Making the resource allocation and changing them is very simple and easy to use. Basic use of the solution is easy to learn. What do you dislike about Silverbucket?

There is too much information on some of the same pages, and few annoying inconsistencies should be removed. Internal reporting capabilities are confusing and not all information available thru APIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Silverbucket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resource allocation and planning is the primary reason why we are using Silverbucket. Project allocation and visibility over the teams was earlier missing and Silverbucket has helped with this a really lot. Easy to use in every day resourcing situations.

Integrations can help a lot in administrative tasks and also single users don't need to think other than resourcing people to the rigth projects.

Reports give accurate information which can be spread to the organization for guidance and for follow-up.

The tool works best for organizations that charge their work by hour. It can also be used for projects with a fixed price, but this messes up some of the reporting. The reporting section could also be made more flexible. Finally, the tool is not optimal for organizations where many people work part-time doing varying hours. Easy to use, gives you really good oversight how the people are resourced and if they are sitting on the bench. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silverbucket?

The first UI was best, easy and quick to use, now there is more scrolling and too much of empty space, which makes the scrolling slower. Tool does not support management reporting at all. That would be an asset to tool. Also the tool does not support vacation handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
