I love how incredibly easy Silent Auction Pro was to use for our fundraiser, even though I had never used it before. We were able to raise $250,000, which was fantastic. The silent auction part is really user-friendly, eliminating the need for paper sheets and making transactions seamless by charging cards automatically after the auction closes. I also appreciate the reps' dedication and help, as they were always available, even on their days off. I didn't understand how to enter my event tickets the first time around, but after a little playing around, I figured it out. There was also a user error on my part when entering some information post-event for some of the drink tickets, but I realized how to rerun things to fix it without much trouble. We love that our guests at our event can use their phones to bid through our virtual auction. We also love that people who cannot attend the event can still bid on items.
