Professional Digital Signage Without the Hassle is the product, not a slogan. You manage content from any web browser on a computer or phone. Create messages, drop them into playlists, and assign those playlists to screens. Changes sync in real time, so a restaurant can swap a lunch special from the back office and a church can update lobby announcements before the doors open. There is nothing to install on a laptop. The player is an Amazon Fire TV Stick from Target, Best Buy, or Amazon, plugged into any TV with HDMI. Install the Sign Presenter app, enter a four-digit pairing code, and the screen is live the same day. Android devices running 10 or newer also work. You do not need a smart TV or commercial hardware. It costs $10 per screen per month. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no feature gates. Every account includes unlimited users, unlimited schedules, and unlimited cloud storage. A 30-day trial does not require a credit card. Restaurants and cafés use SignPresenter for menus and daily promotions. Churches use it for announcements and event schedules. Fitness studios, medical offices, hotels, schools, convenience stores, and office buildings use the same dashboard for education, referrals, and brand messaging. It was appreciated, and we managed to resolve. **What do you dislike about SignPresenter?** To clarify, the issue of content being loaded over a weak signal and being partially displayed is not their fault. Clearing the cache to get a fresh download works. **What problems is SignPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SignPresenter for wireless remote digital signage, managing screens remotely is convenient. It offers customization in layouts and cool built-in content. However, image/video quality could improve and connectivity issues can lead to partial displays. I wasn't sure how to accomplish this until I discovered SignPresenter. The creator of SignPresenter, Mike, was **extremely** helpful and patient with me as I learned how to create a playlist for the restaurant, which I could update (and this is the best part) from home or anywhere as long as I had my laptop with me. It is FANTASTIC, and the restaurant is extremely pleased and impressed that I can insert a newly designed "slide" (called Messages in SP) into their playlist remotely, and it will start showing on their screen within seconds!! I can also animate playlist items, add videos (including live videos), or pre-designed items like weather reports, clocks, calendars, customizable trivia games, news feeds. You can use your screen vertically or horizontally. Listen, I could write all day about all the amazing features of SignPresenter because there are a lot! You should really try it out yourself. I love SignPresenter. I'm continually impressed by how easy it is to use once you're up and running. I would highly recommend SignPresenter to any restaurant, church, store, etc. that wants to create an easily updatable playlist. **What do you dislike about SignPresenter?** There is nothing to dislike about SignPresenter **What problems is SignPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to find a product that would display promotional images and videos on a large TV in a restaurant lobby. I'm a graphic designer. When I was first approached to help with the project, I had NO idea how it could be done. Then I discovered SignPresenter, and found that it was remarkably useful, with many amazing features. The restaurant's playlist in running contiuously now, and when I need to update or add something to it, I can do it from anywhere as long as I have my computer with me. ### 9. It's by far the most straightforward digital signage software and is one of the most affordable. I love that it works on an Amazon Firestick, making it simple and inexpensive to install and use. We use it to show images and videos and even use it for manual presentations with the click of the remote. I like the vertical display option as that creates a unique look and feel. **What do you dislike about SignPresenter?** There's nothing I dislike about SignPresenter.
