An RFP proposal usually requires a significant amount of time, often taking anywhere from three to five days depending on its complexity and the need to coordinate among multiple SMEs to gather their input. Sifthub streamlines this process by performing the initial draft using the database we've uploaded from various SMEs. As a result, what would normally take five days can now be accomplished in just five to ten minutes. This means the suggested responses are not just quick, but also contextually aligned — significantly reducing the time I spend rewriting or adapting answers. Another standout capability is the AI-curated knowledge base. Instead of manually tagging or structuring content, SiftHub intelligently indexes past responses, policies, technical documents, and proposals. This creates a dynamic content library that evolves and improves with use. The AI can extract and surface the most relevant snippets even if they’re buried deep within older documents — saving hours of digging through files or pinging SMEs. SiftHub's document analysis features are also a major advantage. The tool can intelligently scan lengthy RFPs or security questionnaires and flag complex, critical, or ambiguous sections. This not only accelerates comprehension but also helps in assigning the right stakeholders to the right questions. The ability to get a summarized view of a 100+ page document in minutes has been a game-changer for early bid/no-bid decisions. We required a solution that would enable both our sales and solutions teams to function efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. The capability to integrate various knowledge sources is a huge advantage. We utilize the extension on a daily basis during client interactions and also for the initial completion of client questionnaires before forwarding them to the solutions team for their expert input, which has significantly reduced our time expenditure. The team is also amazing and I really enjoy working with them. They listen to our use case carefully and provide us with easy to use solutions.
