What do you like best about SiFi?

The service is truly excellent and shows remarkable development and continuous improvement. The platform is simple, fast, and straightforward, which saves us a significant amount of time and effort in our daily operations.

Both the application and the website provide all the required regulatory and administrative reports in an organized and efficient manner. The system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the overall experience smooth and productive, Our account manager, Ms. Shatha Alboqami, is also very responsive and is always in contact with us to resolve all issues. What do you dislike about SiFi?

International payments deducted in a foreign currency are not processed using a method suitable for accountants' records. Since SIFI deducts the amount including fees, this creates a discrepancy between recording the supplier's service invoice and paying it through SIFI. It would be better to deduct the supplier's payment in the same amount in the foreign currency, and then deduct the service fees from SIFI in a separate line item. "Effective Tool for Admin Tasks with Room for Support Improvement"

What do you like best about SiFi?

As an admin, I use SiFi to see and review transactions in real-time, which is quite helpful for my office tasks. I appreciate that invoices can be attached by users, and transferring money to team budgets is easy. The ability to control any user easily and monitor user activity helps in my administrative role. What do you dislike about SiFi?

SiFi support has to be very quick. I have encountered a couple of issues, like users cannot log in, ATM Pins not working, expense reports cannot generate, and cannot upload invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SiFi?

I really like the customer experience with SiFi. We've had several occasions where we encountered technical issues and when we talked to customer service, they basically resolved it.
