What really stands out with spend analytics in Sievo is the simplicity and user-friendliness. Since we went live, we've seen multiple data-driven initatives by people who previosuly rarely brought data to the table for a discussion. By offering the most FAQ approach in the design, most questions are answered by just a few clicks. In cases where we have issues, the support-team and our customer success manager have been most helpful in finding solutions fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really not dislike anything to be fair, but as an improvement I would like to limit visibility of data based on cost centers or projects, which currenly is not supported. That way, Sievo could extend from the procurement teams to a wider audience that is only meant to analyze spend in their own CC/project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
