**What do you like best about Sierra?**

The conversational AI feels genuinely context-aware rather than scripted — it maintains state across multi-turn interactions without losing track of what the customer already told it. Setup was faster than expected for a custom knowledge base integration, and the escalation logic to human agents is smooth, so customers rarely feel stuck in a loop.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The analytics dashboard is functional but a bit limited for deeper cohort analysis — we end up exporting data to a separate BI tool for anything beyond surface-level reporting. Also, customizing conversation flows for edge cases sometimes requires going back to their team rather than being fully self-serve, which slows iteration when you're moving fast.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Sierra, our support team was drowning in repetitive Tier-1 tickets — order status, returns, sizing questions — which left little bandwidth for the complex cases that actually need a human. Sierra now handles the bulk of that volume autonomously, which cut our average response time significantly and let us reallocate agents toward higher-value conversations and proactive outreach. It's also given us more consistent answers across channels, since the agent draws from the same knowledge base instead of relying on individual agents' memory.

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is how focused it is on handling customer service interactions through AI rather than just acting as a basic chatbot. It can understand the context of a conversation, take actions across connected systems, and handle more of the customer journey end to end. That makes it useful for reducing repetitive support work while still keeping the experience fairly conversational.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main downside is that getting the most out of Sierra can require some setup and tuning, especially when connecting it to existing systems and defining how it should handle different scenarios. For more complex customer issues, I’d still want a human involved rather than relying completely on the AI. It would also be helpful to have more control over customization and troubleshooting when an interaction doesn’t go as expected.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps reduce the workload on customer support teams by handling repetitive customer requests and automating parts of the resolution process. It can understand customer intent, access relevant information, and take actions instead of just giving scripted responses. This helps reduce response times, improve consistency, and lets support teams focus more on complex issues that actually need human involvement.

  ### 3. Efficient for Repetitive Tasks, Needs Better Handling of Complex Queries

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irfaana H. | Product and Member Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I appreciate Sierra for its ability to handle repetitive or straightforward customer queries, which saves me time and lets me focus on more complex issues. It really stands out how it keeps interactions helpful and conversational, making automated responses feel less scripted. I find it valuable that Sierra can understand the general intent behind user questions, especially when users aren't clear or technical, and guide them towards a solution.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main area I think could be improved is how Sierra handles more complicated or unusual queries. It works really well when the question is fairly straightforward, but once there are multiple issues involved or the user hasn't explained the problem clearly, it can sometimes take a few interactions to get the right answer. I've had situations where I could understand what someone was trying to ask almost immediately because I knew the background of the issue, whereas Sierra needed a bit more information before getting there. That can make the conversation feel slightly repetitive for the user. I think one improvement would be for Sierra to recognize sooner when a query is becoming too complex and either ask a more targeted question or hand it over to a person. Sometimes it's better to ask one very specific question like 'Are you getting an error message when trying to log in?' rather than taking the user through several troubleshooting steps that might not be relevant.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to efficiently handle repetitive customer support queries, reducing time spent on straightforward issues and allowing me to focus on complex problems. It provides consistent responses, improving support without removing personal interaction.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I particularly love the intuitive interface and ease of use of Sierra. The platform is easy to get started with, which made the initial setup quick and hassle-free. From the first uses, it was easy to navigate the tool and access the necessary features without a complex learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I find that configuring Sierra can sometimes be lengthy and complex, especially when multiple settings or integrations need to be set up. Some steps require a deeper understanding of the platform, which can slow down deployment or adjustments. Although the user experience is generally very positive once the tool is configured, the initial setup process and some advanced modifications could be simpler and more intuitive to reduce the time required and facilitate onboarding.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra allows for efficient management of a large volume of customer requests, which helps improve response speed and the quality of service offered. By centralizing interactions and facilitating request processing, the platform helps reduce time spent on administrative and repetitive tasks.

For me, one of the main advantages of Sierra is its intuitive interface and great ease of use. This allows me to work more efficiently on a daily basis, accomplish my tasks faster, and focus on higher value-added activities. Additionally, the user experience is pleasant, which promotes tool adoption and makes work smoother and more stimulating.

  ### 5. A Simple Way to Streamline Customer Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like most about Sierra is how easily it handles customer conversations and provides quick, consistent responses. It helps reduce the amount of manual work involved in handling routine customer queries, while still keeping the interaction conversational and helpful. The overall experience is straightforward, and it has been useful for improving response times and making customer support more efficient. Sierra provides good value for the cost, especially when you consider the time saved by automating routine customer interactions. It helps reduce repetitive work and improve response times. The value would be even stronger if complex cases required less human intervention.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One area that could be improved is how Sierra handles more complex or less common customer queries. In some situations, the responses may need additional review or human intervention to make sure the customer gets the right information. Improving its handling of edge cases and providing more flexibility for customization would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps us handle customer queries more efficiently by automating routine conversations and providing quick responses. This reduces the amount of repetitive work for the support team and allows them to focus more on complex issues that require human attention. It also helps improve response times and provides a more consistent customer experience.

  ### 6. Sierra Makes Customer Support Efficient and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philan M. | Data analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is how easy it is to use and how well it handles customer interactions. It can quickly understand customer questions and provide helpful, relevant responses without making the experience feel overly complicated. I also like that it can automate repetitive support tasks, which saves time and allows teams to focus on more complex issues. Overall, Sierra makes customer service more efficient while still keeping the interaction conversational. I feel Sierra provides good value for the cost. The automation of routine customer support tasks saves time and reduces the workload for support teams, which helps justify the investment. The pricing feels reasonable considering the improvements in efficiency, faster responses, and ability to handle customer requests at scale. Overall, I would say we are getting good value for what we are paying.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One thing I dislike about Sierra is that it can sometimes struggle with more complex or unusual customer requests and may need additional guidance to provide the right response. There can also be a bit of a learning curve when setting up and fine-tuning the system. While it works well for routine interactions, I think there is still room to improve its accuracy and flexibility for more complicated situations.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps solve the problem of handling repetitive customer support requests efficiently. It can automate common questions and tasks, which reduces the workload on support teams and allows them to spend more time on complex customer issues. This helps improve response times, provides customers with support around the clock, and makes the overall customer service process more efficient.

  ### 7. Revolutionary AI that Elevates Enterprise Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atul Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I love Sierra's best feature of handling all tasks at a time, like managing my grocery and banking details, which is something chatbots like ChatGPT and Gemini can't do. It's a high-powered enterprise platform for building AI agents, capable of handling complex customer interactions. It's different from other AI agents and is the best I've ever found. It easily and efficiently manages all tasks at once, making it worthy for my team, and I would definitely recommend it as my preferred AI agent because of its best and special features.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

It lags and hangs a bit in my mobile that should be improved as soon as soon possible. The initial setup was a bit confusing and disturbing, but after some time passed, my team got interested in this AI.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra handles complex customer interactions, processes refunds, manages insurance claims, and changes account details efficiently. It solves issues in grocery, work, and banking by completing tasks simultaneously, unlike other AI agents.

  ### 8. Excellent for Omnichannel Support but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desi S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from Hindi using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I love Sierra's automated customer support because it resolves customer issues 24/7 without any human assistance and answers every problem very carefully. Additionally, it is most beneficial for omnichannel delivery as it is available across all mediums like voice calls, emails, and chat at once. I also liked that all mediums work well and are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I think new features should be added and bugs need to be fixed. If the software is made more user-friendly, the user experience could be better. The charges should also be a bit lower.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra for automated customer support, it resolves issues 24/7. It is also beneficial for omnichannel delivery as it is available on voice calls, emails, and chat.

  ### 9. Efficient Customer Support Automation with Minor Limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kabir S. | Sr. Technical Recruitment Consultant, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I like how quickly Sierra can handle routine customer requests without needing someone from our team to jump in every time. It's great for automating some of the more repetitive conversations, which saves us a lot of time and allows our team to focus on more complex issues. I appreciate that it keeps the support experience consistent and that it feels pretty natural to use. The transition from our previous platform was fairly straightforward, and the initial setup was relatively easy, with a helpful onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One thing that could be improved is how it handles more unusual or complicated questions. It does really well with common requests, but sometimes it can miss the context when a conversation gets a little more specific. I'd also like to have a bit more control over how certain responses are handled and customized. I think it would help if Sierra were better at understanding the full conversation instead of focusing mainly on the latest message. For unusual questions, having more context from previous interactions and being able to recognize when a customer is asking for something outside the usual workflow would make a big difference. It would also be useful to have an easier way for our team to review those conversations and fine-tune the responses afterward.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to handle customer support by automating repetitive questions, saving time and providing faster, consistent responses. It allows my team to focus on complex issues needing human attention, improving our efficiency.

  ### 10. Action-Taking Agents with Enterprise-Grade Governance and Multi-Channel Memory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

Agents that actually resolve issues, not just chat
Sierra’s agents connect via APIs to your CRM, billing, order, and subscription systems so they can process returns, update plans, handle cancellations, and complete multi-step workflows end‑to‑end.

Reviewers highlight this “action-taking” capability as a key differentiator versus chatbots that only answer FAQs.

High-quality, brand-aligned conversations
Enterprise buyers praise Sierra for maintaining a consistent brand voice and handling complex, multi-turn conversations in a natural, human-like way.

This is especially valued by large, brand-sensitive companies in regulated sectors (fintech, insurance, healthcare-adjacent, etc.).

Outcome-based pricing model
Sierra charges per resolved conversation instead of per minute or per message, which aligns the vendor’s incentives with real resolution and reduces the risk of paying for failed interactions.

Many users explicitly call this out as a major advantage when evaluating AI support platforms.

Strong governance and enterprise readiness
Sierra offers a version-controlled “Agent OS,” multi-model architecture, and robust guardrails, plus certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR compliance.

This makes it attractive for large enterprises that need strict control, auditability, and compliance.

Multi-channel coverage with shared memory
Sierra supports chat, voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and even ChatGPT, with shared context and learning across channels so the agent “remembers” the customer across touchpoints.

Its voice product, in particular, is often called out as a standout capability that replaced traditional IVRs for some customers.

High resolution rates on transactional workflows
Published case studies and vendor claims show up to 70–90% resolution on repeatable, transactional use cases (subscriptions, account servicing, cancellations, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

1. Pricing opacity and high entry cost
No public pricing, sales-led motion: Every deal is custom-negotiated via sales; there’s no self-serve tier or rate card.

High minimum spend: Independent estimates put typical year‑one costs at $150k–$350k+, often including $50k–$200k in setup/implementation fees.

Hard to forecast budgets: Outcome-based pricing (per resolved case) makes it difficult to model costs before you know resolution volumes and definitions.

2. Implementation complexity and vendor dependence
Engineering-heavy deployments: Despite a no‑code Agent Studio, system integrations and deeper customizations still require engineering work and vendor involvement.

Limited self-service control: Many changes to agent logic or workflows require working with Sierra’s team rather than being fully editable in-house, which slows iteration.

Steep learning curve: G2 reviewers note a non-trivial ramp-up period for teams to become effective with the platform.

3. Platform lock‑in and ownership concerns
Rebuilding workflows inside Sierra: Core support processes get re-implemented within Sierra’s Agent OS, raising switching costs later.

Reduced code-level ownership: You operate within Sierra’s operating model rather than your own engineering, release, and security processes, which some teams dislike.

Data/export rights need negotiation: Because of centralization, teams are advised to explicitly negotiate data ownership and export rights up front.

4. Product maturity and reliability issues
Context loss in long conversations: Some users report agents losing context mid-session, repeating themselves, or giving generic answers in complex, multi-turn interactions.

Bugs and performance variability: As a relatively young platform (public launch in 2024), some reviewers mention occasional bugs and slower performance compared to more mature stacks.

Voice layer added later: Sierra’s voice capabilities arrived several months after the initial launch, so some see voice maturity as still catching up versus specialists.

5. Integration and API limitations
Limited open API surface: External assessments note the absence of a public OpenAPI spec, which can constrain how far agents can go without custom integration work.

Complex integrations: As with many enterprise AI platforms, deep CRM/billing/order-system integrations can be non-trivial and require meaningful engineering effort.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Core problems Sierra solves
Overloaded support teams and rising ticket volumes
Sierra automates a large share of inbound inquiries (chat, voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), reducing the load on human agents and shrinking queues.

Slow, inconsistent, and expensive support operations
By handling routine and transactional workflows end-to-end (refunds, plan changes, cancellations, account updates, troubleshooting), Sierra cuts average handle time and cost per ticket while maintaining consistent quality.

Fragmented customer experience across channels
Sierra’s agents operate across multiple channels with shared context, so customers get a consistent, brand-aligned experience whether they reach out via chat, voice, or messaging apps.

Difficulty scaling support without hiring linearly
Enterprises can scale support capacity up or down without proportional headcount changes, especially for predictable, high-volume use cases like subscription management or account servicing.

How those solutions benefit you (as an enterprise user)
Higher resolution rates on routine work
Published case studies and vendor claims show 70–90% autonomous resolution on transactional, repeatable workflows (e.g., SiriusXM resolving >70% of inquiries; Papaya Pay reporting 90% autonomous answers and 70% first-contact resolution).

Lower cost per resolved conversation
Customers report significant reductions in cost per ticket (e.g., Papaya Pay citing a ~50% reduction in cost per ticket), driven by deflection of routine cases to AI and fewer escalations.

Sierra’s outcome-based pricing (you pay per resolved case, not per minute or per message) further aligns cost with actual value delivered.

Faster, 24/7 support with consistent quality
AI agents provide instant, round-the-clock responses and can execute multi-step workflows (e.g., diagnose radio issues, change plans, process refunds) without human intervention, improving speed and consistency.

Improved customer satisfaction and loyalty
By resolving issues quickly and maintaining a coherent brand voice across channels, companies report very high customer satisfaction scores on AI-handled interactions.

Better use of human agents for complex, high-value work
With routine work automated, human teams can focus on nuanced, high-stakes, or emotionally sensitive cases, improving job quality and overall service levels.

  ### 11. Sierra Core Functions in the Browser, but Slow and Hard to Navigate

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moosa Tonny D. | Senior Technician, Technical Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

It lets library staff carry out the same core functions available in the traditional Sierra Desktop Application, but directly through a web browser.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

It’s slow and lags a lot. It’s also very difficult to navigate, and I need more clarity when trying to find and understand the information.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra addresses the challenge of managing library operations by bringing everything into one centralized platform. It allows staff to manage circulation, cataloging, patron records, and reporting within a single system. Sierra Web builds on this by offering browser-based access, so there’s no need to install a desktop client. For me, this translates into better productivity and simpler day-to-day access, with fewer IT support needs, and it helps me serve patrons more efficiently by getting to accurate information faster.

  ### 12. Sierra Delivers Fast, Natural Customer Support From Start to Finish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like most about Sierra is how effectively it manages customer conversations from start to finish. It understands a customer’s intent, responds in a natural way, and can take action rather than just offering generic replies. As a result, support feels faster and more consistent, and it also helps reduce the workload for human agents.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main thing I dislike is that Sierra can sometimes struggle with more complex or unusual customer requests. When that happens, the responses can feel repetitive and may still require human intervention to resolve the issue. I’d also like to see more flexibility and control over how the AI handles edge cases and adapts to different customer scenarios.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps reduce the workload for customer support teams by automating routine questions, troubleshooting, and service requests. It delivers faster responses and more consistent support, improving the overall customer experience while allowing human agents to focus more of their time on complex issues.

  ### 13. AI-Powered Support Automation That Feels Natural and Takes Action

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

Sierra’s biggest strength is how it blends AI with practical customer support automation. I like that it can manage customer conversations in a natural way, understand context, and actually take action rather than relying on scripted replies. It cuts down on repetitive support tasks while still delivering a more personalized experience for customers.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main thing I dislike about Sierra is that it can sometimes struggle with complex or unusual customer requests. When the AI doesn’t fully understand the context, its responses can come across as repetitive and may still require human intervention. I’d also like to see more customization and control over how the AI handles different situations, especially when the request isn’t straightforward.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps address customer support challenges by automating repetitive questions, responding to conversations quickly, and reducing the workload for support teams. For me, that means support feels faster and more convenient, while human agents can spend their time on more complex issues that still need a personal touch.

  ### 15. Makes handling customer conversations a lot easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pravin g. | Data Research Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like most about Sierra is that it can actually carry on a real conversation, rather than just returning generic chatbot responses. It picks up on context pretty well and can handle the different ways customers might ask the same question. It’s also helped cut down a lot of repetitive work for our team, which is probably the biggest benefit for us overall.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main thing I would improve is the initial setup. It takes some time to get the workflows and responses working exactly the way you want. We had to test a few different situations and make adjustments along the way. Once everything is set up, it works well, but getting to that point could be a little easier.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Sierra for handling repetitive customer questions and requests. Before that, the team had to spend a lot of time dealing with the same types of conversations. Now Sierra can take care of many of those on its own and pass the more complicated ones to the team. It has made the support process quicker and freed up time for the team to focus on other work.

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is how easy it is to build and manage AI-powered customer experiences without having to start everything from scratch. It does a good job of handling natural conversations, and the platform feels flexible enough to customize the AI around your specific needs and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main downside is that Sierra can take some time to learn and configure properly, especially when setting up more complex workflows. Some of the options and settings are not always immediately obvious, so there can be a bit of trial and error before everything works exactly the way you want.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps reduce the amount of time spent handling repetitive customer questions and routine support tasks. It can automate a lot of the initial communication while still providing useful, natural responses. **What do you like best about Sierra?**

Sierra’s biggest strength is how naturally it can handle customer support conversations while still taking real action, rather than just delivering scripted replies. I appreciate that it can resolve common issues quickly, understand the context of a request, and create a more personalized customer experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The main thing I dislike is that Sierra can sometimes struggle with more complex or unusual customer requests. When a conversation goes beyond its expected workflow, the replies can start to feel repetitive and may end up needing human intervention to move things forward.

Sierra helps address the challenge of handling repetitive customer support requests at scale. It automates common questions and routine tasks, shortens response times, and enables customers to resolve issues without having to wait for a human agent. As a result, support becomes more efficient, and human teams are freed up to focus on more complex cases.

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra for my business, Vantelle, and it helps me automate customer-side work easily. I can create agents that handle customer conversations through WhatsApp chat and emails, which reduces the workload on our support team. These agents work 24/7 and provide quick resolutions. For instance, if an order is damaged, the agent asks for damage photos, uploads them to our website, and our support team issues refunds if necessary. Sierra also efficiently manages order returns and provides support for orders. I think it's flexible to work with and I generally find it to be the best option for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I think the analytical power of agents needs to improve. Moreover, while I found the setup easy, I needed more technical knowledge.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

Sierra offers more than just an ability to give answers. Its AI agents can also interact with business systems and execute multi-step actions. As far as I'm concerned from data engineering standpoint, the ability of Sierra to integrate agents with systems of record is very appealing because of the possibility of automation of multi-steps workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

The connection of an autonomous agent to operational systems requires rigorous testing and governance. I would like to test how the agent behaves with unanticipated input, permission management, handling of errors and making wrong decisions prior to using it in production.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage of such a product is that it will reduce manual labor on routine yet multi-step procedures. Sierra can keep the context of interaction, execute actions via systems integration and escalate complicated cases to the right people with prepared context.

It asks relevant follow-up questions and provides accurate responses, leading to higher first contact resolution rates and better customer experience. The setup is easy too.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

We find training the AI for highly specialized or industry-specific use cases requires significant time and ongoing refinement to consistently deliver the right responses. We can update the knowledge base with product information, FAQs, and internal documentation, so the AI provides answers that are relevant to our business instead of generic responses. I also like that we can adjust the assistant's behavior and conversation flow to match the way our support team communicates with customers, which helps create a more consistent experience across different support channels. Integrating it with our CRM, internal knowledge base, and customer support platform helps the AI access relevant customer information and update documentation, making its response more accurate and consistent.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Overall, my experience with Sierra has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and customization can take some time, especially when building a detailed knowledge base or fine-tuning conversation flows. There is also a bit of a learning curve for new users who are not familiar with AI-powered support platforms. In addition, I'd like to see more built-in analytics and reporting options to make it easier to measure conversation performance without relying on external tools. These aren't major issues but addressing them would make the platform even more user-friendly.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support, providing quick responses to FAQs and maintaining a natural experience. Sierra reduces our support workload and improves response times. However, the initial setup can be complex, and it lacks built-in analytics for measuring performance.

Sierra performs well with routine support requests, but there are situations where the AI still benefits from human review to ensure responses match the right context and tone.
