**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

This is a difficult question. The UI seems reasonable but poor functionality.

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

Ship time is a small organization with a poor shipping experience. Slow rate response, poor customer service and very bad e-commerce integration. Very few functionality that works.

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The attempt ShipTime is trying to solve is finding the most competive shipping rates. This does not work on ShipTime's plaform.

**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

A lot of the other shipping services out only work for American folks. Shiptime works for mailing in Canada, and is super easy to use. I've saved hundreds of dollars in shipping expenses and the best part is that there is no charge for their services with a Costco membership!

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

I have nothing bad to say about Shiptime. Any issues that I've come across are because of the shipping company directly rather than Shiptime

Literally my only possible complaint I could make  is that when I had to file an insurance claim for a damaged parcel, it took about 45 days to actually get the cheque in the mail as it ships from the US

**Recommendations to others considering ShipTime:**

Give it a try - there is no cost to use the service and they often have introductory offers

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shiptime makes shipping easy to do as they often offer free pickup of parcels, and it helps the bottom line as I save on average 10% of what I would pay at the post office

**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

So simple and easy to use! Not to mention, I save so much every time I use it! I found with store front shipping companies, I would get address errors to other countries, not any more!

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

Nothing to dislike! It lets you pick which majored shipping company to use based on price and ship times. I can drop off the package, or they pick it up, whatever works best for me.

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost. My son moved to Japan, i am shipping to Japan from Canada all the time now. But took 3 years to find Ship Time. I Shipped a package across Canada to fix a head for my camera, and the company suggested to use Ship time and save money, I have also been a Costco member for 20 years and completely missed this company and started to save a lot of shipping costs!

**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

ShipTime is such an excellent service that I was delighted to discover. It's extremely convenient and easy to use, not to mention affordable. It lets you compare the prices of the vendors easily.

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

The user interface is not the best and can be hard to learn to use. I personally found it a bit confusing at first, but then it grew on me. It's hard to enter foreign addresses sometimes, but local addresses seem to work fine.

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Foreign delivery is often difficult, especially when it comes to choosing the right delivery company. With ShipTime, I can readily know the companies that offer to ship to the area, the estimated delivery time, plus the cost.

**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

Using their very user-friendly interface, I can quickly and efficiently ship a parcel or a pallet using top-notch carriers while saving money compared to traditional shipping methods.

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

I wish they handled dangerous goods and protected them from freezing shipments thru their interface.  Right now, I must rely on traditional shipping methods that are more expensive.

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShipTime allows me to keep track of all my shipments, including the associated costs, in one centralized platform.   A huge benefit is the common address book that many different co-workers can share!

**What do you like best about ShipTime?**

Cheap rates and reliable couriers! Cheaper than Canada Post, Canada's main postal courier! They also have an easy to use website which is easy to navigate as well.

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

It would be nice to have mobile app for their product. When switching between US and Canada on the website in the quick quotes there are issues and I am unable to retrieve a quote that way. Automatically selecting the country whether we enter a zip or postal code would be an amazing feature to add!

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freight costs have been reduced as they are one of the biggest costs for me and this has helped my revenue/expense ratio improve.

The Price was flawless! I compared with the company website and it was way less. I got 20% discount as well. Easy to reschedule in case of missed pickups. Highly Recommended!

Delivery time can sometimes vary as per the description.

Pickups are easy, and you can track all the transactions in one place—no need to store receipts.

I like that I have options when shipping within Canada.

I don't like shipping to the US with ShipTime. I use another service with better pricing.

It is great for shipping within Canada. It saves me time and money. I do not feel that I have to rely on Canada Post.

Easy space to manage shipments, payments are processed immediately, each quote is presented with multiple carriers for all budgets. Ability to schedule a pick-up is also great!

**What do you dislike about ShipTime?**

The platform can be a bit cumbersome sometimes, it's not very easy to modify quotes, and a recipient must be added manually before a quote can be processed.

**What problems is ShipTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time obtaining quotes manually from carriers and a trip to the post office or drop-off location as I can schedule a pick-up directly.

Not having to leave your home, especially if it's a heavy item or the roads aren't great.

No guarantees for delivery day on busy times of the year when I typically am sending parcels.

**Recommendations to others considering ShipTime:**

It's easy to use once you set up your account and it provides you choices of carriers and timeframes you want your parcel delivered. It also provides choices of whether you would like to drop off the item or have it picked up from your home.

I find the cost is more economical, especially when shipping parcels out East.
