
I love their many customer reports, custom actions, and in-built feature settings for handling return and regular shipments. Using their customer report tool makes it easy to fetch reports for needed terms or services, and their easy workflow automation lets us set up rules like blocking customers or services, which is very handy for our business. I like that Shipstore centralizes shipping processes, improving efficiency and preventing mistakes with its built-in address verification, which reduces failed deliveries. The GUI for setting up rules without developer interference is another great feature. The initial setup was very easy, and everything was handled by the Shipstore team once we provided our requirements and credentials. I like Shipstore's response time , it's amazing hoe well they communicate and solve problems. As a project manager working on many projects m I've noticed many software services do not inform of changes beforehand , but Shipstore always reaches out and communicates with us. I never have experience with them when something does not work. But if I have to say something they can improve is invoicing capabilities since we are connected with many regional courier it would be great if we have some invoice reconcile tool on their side which make reconciling from multiple couriers services easy.
