"Streamlined Shipping with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Shipstore?

I love their many customer reports, custom actions, and in-built feature settings for handling return and regular shipments. Using their customer report tool makes it easy to fetch reports for needed terms or services, and their easy workflow automation lets us set up rules like blocking customers or services, which is very handy for our business. I like that Shipstore centralizes shipping processes, improving efficiency and preventing mistakes with its built-in address verification, which reduces failed deliveries. The GUI for setting up rules without developer interference is another great feature. The initial setup was very easy, and everything was handled by the Shipstore team once we provided our requirements and credentials. I like Shipstore's response time , it's amazing hoe well they communicate and solve problems. As a project manager working on many projects m I've noticed many software services do not inform of changes beforehand , but Shipstore always reaches out and communicates with us. What do you dislike about Shipstore?

I never have experience with them when something does not work. But if I have to say something they can improve is invoicing capabilities since we are connected with many regional courier it would be great if we have some invoice reconcile tool on their side which make reconciling from multiple couriers services easy. What do you like best about Shipstore?

The ability to customize shipping rules based on different customer needs. It’s no longer necessary to rely on customer notes every time we ship an order. We can set up specific rules for each client, ensuring that the right shipping methods, rates, and preferences are applied automatically. What do you like best about Shipstore?

Having worked in shipping tech for years — I’ve seen how often platforms fall short when it comes to actual execution. Shipstore is different. This is one of the few platforms that truly nails both parcel and LTL execution in a single system, without forcing operational teams to jump through hoops or stitch together multiple tools.

The ability to manage complex routing, rating, packing, and label generation for both small parcel and palletized freight is great. Their business rules engine is powerful but accessible and allows teams to set logic specific to your business.

Their support team is excellent. Implementation and both WMS and carrier integrations were was very smooth and the team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with during onboarding and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipstore?
