It just seems like it needs a little bit of a makeover to keep up with current advancements. It works really well and the support you get is amazing. They offer a free plan so it's a nice option to have when you are just starting or you are not selling that much. **What do you dislike about ShippingChimp.com?** Even though they do offer a free plan, the difference in prices in the paid plans is huge, there is no middle price. You have the basic plan for $19 a month, and then you just jump to the grow plan for $199 a month!! **What problems is ShippingChimp.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a great branded tracking page! I need to admit that it's better than other similar apps. Automated branded notifications and integrations with other tools are super helpful on a daily basis. ### 7. But I ultimately stopped using it since I didn't have enough purchases to warrant the fee. **What do you dislike about ShippingChimp.com?** When I was first looking into it, I hated that I couldn't get an idea of pricing without having to be called. There was no freemium option available either. Would love the ability to try for myself before buying and then letting the product speak for itself.
