It lets us rely almost exclusively on Claude for everything email-related, from technical setup to day-to-day operations. On another level, our interactions with the founder have made Shipmail stand out. I've filed several bug reports and every one was fixed within roughly a day. When one turned out to be a real regression on their side, he named the cause honestly, restored it everywhere it was exposed - dashboard, CLI, both SDKs and the MCP server - and then added a CI check so that class of failure couldn't recur silently. That's not common **What do you dislike about Shipmail?** As of July 2026 it's early, and it shows in places. Some features are still rough at the edges - nothing major, no showstoppers, but occasionally time-consuming. For example, Shipmail's own Crisp support chat was appearing on all pages, including public booking pages where my calendar was exposed to the world in a Calendly-like way. I've reported it; and it was fixed in under 24h. None of these are really an issue for me. They let me contribute to the roadmap in a way no other product allows. But if you want a mature, stable product today, this might not be for you yet. **What problems is Shipmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until now it's been impossible for a team as small as mine to manage these many clients and projects, across these many channels, this consistently, using AI tools. For us it's a breadth problem - many identities, low volume each. For other teams it might be a depth problem: fewer mailboxes, much heavier use.
