I see carriers that I do not work with and it just add noise to my reports Some features like changing dim / weight restrictions are not self-serve and I need to file a ticket or request to my Shipium contact to do those changes on my behalf **What problems is Shipium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rate-shopping with multicarriers has been an enormous benefit as we partner with 9 carriers and 13 different ship methods. They've been easy to work with while also delivering on their promises. **What do you dislike about Shipium?** We have nothing negative to say about the Shipium products or team, so far. **What problems is Shipium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Shipium primarily for rate shopping and parcel execution. Rate shopping is helping us execute on our customer promise. Rate shopping is helping achieve savings with our transportation spend. If you do not know exactly what problems you are specifically solving for, or use multiple carriers, there could be other more basic systems available. **What problems is Shipium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivery, multi carrier, and multi channel business rule optimization and execution along with diversification with local regional and parcel carriers. ### 5.
