Due to all the difficulty and uniqueness of share schemes, the system has understandable limitations, some processes need to be done manually, but the team make sure to make notes for themselves to "remember" for next year/time. The manual intervention leads to additional checking and a chance of error, but it is so good to see the effort the team makes to add value to make the process better. The implementation team are very hands on and extremely helpful. They understood our requests and where required took these up with the development team for resolution.

1.The ability of the system to incorporate real-time market inputs into valuation models and the automation of valuation processes are value-adding and saves a lot of time!

2.The platform interface is very easy to navigate for both administrators and users.

3.The comprehensive budget tool availability to forecast future IFRS 2 -expenses.

4.Our ability to export all reports in excel format makes them extremely easy to incorporate into internal reports and presentations.

We've been using Shareforce to administer our LTI programs and have been very satisfied with the platform overall.
