**What do you like best about Shared Services Canada?**

Cutting edge infrastructural support to that makes administration simpler for the government and the citizens. Ton of government welfare programs get supported by the Shared Services Team, which has benefited millions and will continue to benefit millions. User credential security, cloud access, multi mobility platforms. There is a lot.

**What do you dislike about Shared Services Canada?**

Also migrations and responsiveness to change. I still find challenges in accessing govt websites and find issues on specific webpages. The fixes take ages to get implemented.

**What problems is Shared Services Canada solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Child Benefit, HST benefit, MyCRA, Tax benefits - all get services by the Shared Services team
