There are a number of youtube reviews and tutorials that will help. i found that the videos give peace of mind knowing that other people are using their services and it shows how great it is. **What do you dislike about ShapeDiver?** Their sales team was definitely very pushy at the start. When inquiring about their services and pricing, the sales team was all about the money and not about the customer service. I really found it difficult to talk to them and work things out. it took quite a long to set up everything to the point I almost proceed. **What problems is ShapeDiver solving and how is that benefiting you?** they aren't solving any issues at this stage. however, i highly recommend them to train their sales staff more. if it wasn't for youtube videos on their services and rendering capabilities, i would not have proceeded with them. let's just say youtube reviews won them a client. ### 2. Able to configure different types of products quickly and with low development cost and little complexity. **What do you dislike about ShapeDiver?** Currently no way to replace the previous version, hence require to upload the updated version and replace the ticket from the previous version on the web development part of the project. Does not have built-in way to control the order or visibility of the parameters from within Grasshopper itself. **What problems is ShapeDiver solving and how is that benefiting you?** user point of view quite easy to get started and set up a basic online configurator. The development of the project has been on the rise, fast results which leaves us with very high expectations. Optimal models with full functions for desktop devices or mobile devices. Platform with a very clean and easy-to-use interface, with forms of configuration and customization of very simple models. **What do you dislike about ShapeDiver?** There are some changes in the view of the viewer in Rhino to that of the website.
