What I like best about Shakebug is how simple it makes bug reporting and tracking. The SDK is incredibly easy to use. Just shaking the phone instantly captures all the important details, including screenshots, logs, device information, and user actions, which saves a lot of time for both testers and developers.

Another feature I really appreciate is its seamless integration with popular project management and collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, ClickUp, and many others. This allows our team to sync bug reports directly into our existing workflow without any manual effort, keeping everything organized in one place and improving our overall development process. The shake to report flow is the biggest win for us. We run an IT services company and build mobile apps for clients. Earlier, clients and testers would send bugs over WhatsApp or email with half the details missing. Now they just shake the phone, mark the issue on the screenshot, and submit.

Every report comes with device model, OS version, app version, and logs attached automatically. So my developers don't waste time asking "which phone, which version" anymore.

Crash grouping with AI is also useful. Duplicate crashes get clubbed into one issue, so the team fixes what matters instead of scrolling through the same crash 50 times.

Setup is quick too. We integrated it into a Flutter app in a few minutes, and the same SDK works for iOS, Android, and React Native.
