**What do you like best about Shakebug?**

So easy to log bugs, and very little friction so you don't lose valuabel reports to folks not having the time to switch platforms.

**What do you dislike about Shakebug?**

It can be soo easy to log that some people use it for non app issues.

**What problems is Shakebug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows internal and external test teams to log issues with our mobile app.
