The shake to report flow is the biggest win for us. We run an IT services company and build mobile apps for clients. Earlier, clients and testers would send bugs over WhatsApp or email with half the details missing. Now they just shake the phone, mark the issue on the screenshot, and submit.
Every report comes with device model, OS version, app version, and logs attached automatically. So my developers don't waste time asking "which phone, which version" anymore.
Crash grouping with AI is also useful. Duplicate crashes get clubbed into one issue, so the team fixes what matters instead of scrolling through the same crash 50 times.
Setup is quick too. We integrated it into a Flutter app in a few minutes, and the same SDK works for iOS, Android, and React Native. Nothing major so far. The dashboard UI could be a bit more polished in some places, and I'd love deeper filtering options on older reports. But these are small things, the core job of reporting and tracking bugs works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
