The customer support responds is easy to access, responds fairly quickly in a professional gentle manner. The knowledge base and manuals are clearly written. The software runs very stable once your users have been created. If needed, you can access to the CLI via SSH, and customized the running OS (Amazon Linux) according your own needs. From the security standpoint. it needs to mention, the SFTP gateway uses a Thorn propeteriary SFTP protocol implementation, so it needs to be updated outside of the usual OpenSSH lifecycle.
