What do you like best about Sezzle?

The Sezzle interface is really easy to use. Especially when it comes to the on site messaging being added to the product pages. They also over options for payouts which is a first that I have seen so far; especially not with the ability to earn interest. That's one of the things that really drew us in as a company. What do you dislike about Sezzle?

The sizing specifications and are not the best. They are very particular in the realm of what size and definition of picture can be used and nothing outside of that is accepted. We have had to change the dimensions a little to fit the requirements but it was all worth it; a little inconvenient but worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sezzle allows our customers that want installment payments but might not have sufficient credit the ability to make monthly payments. What do you like best about Sezzle?

The installation was extremely easy. What I love most is their instructions, and web graphics to use for all forms of content. So you can add graphics to your email marketing content, social media, website, and more. I also love how you can easily copy their html to create a "Sezzle-How it works" Page. The page was designed well and fit right in to my website. Customer Service is excellent and I actually get customers from Sezzle too. So customers will go to Sezzle's website and shop from their directory. So it's free website traffic to your site. I don't know but having Sezzle just made me feel so much more confident about my website. I received a sale from a customer using Sezzle shortly after installation too. I'm sure once I get more traffic to my site that it will be the highest form of payment. Another thing I loved about this company is how they verified everything was working properly. Having a business you deal with different companies/vendors and follow through and customer service are HUGE to me. They knocked it out of the park. I'm glad I'm apart of the Sezzle family. What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?

With so much uncertainty people are a little hesitant to spend. Especially like a lump sum of money. To be able to split up payments makes you feel more at ease. I actually use Sezzle too so to see a little come out at a time over 6 weeks makes me feel better. I hope it offers the same feeling to my customers. What do you like best about Sezzle?

I love that Sezzle allows you to withdraw your funds after one business day, unlike competitors. The online platform for retailers is also very easy to use. It is also very easy to set up on your website. If you have any questions, it is easy to get in contact with a Sezzle customer service representative!

Another thing I love is that I see higher order totals since implementing Sezzle. My typical order value is around $30, but Sezzle users have ordered $150+ worth of items from my online store since they have the option to pay over time. This has been a huge help to allow me to increase revenue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sezzle?

The 6% rate Sezzle takes from each order is a little high. I feel like this could be a bit lower since costs are already so high for retailers. You could also offer incentives for retailers that consistently get sales through Sezzle, since Sezzle could not operate without the merchants that use the platform.

I also dislike how sometimes the widgets on your website advertising that you accept Sezzle disappear if you make any website changes.

Sezzle could also offer more cute banners and graphics for retailers to use on social media and FAQ pages on our websites so that we don’t have to spend the time searching for those or creating a graphic from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend Sezzle for your business. There are so many benefits in using it! If you have any questions, you will receive an answer in a timely manner.

What problems is Sezzle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would like to increase the order subtotal amount for customers using Sezzle, and it isn’t extremely simple to do that. You have to first list it visibly on your website before sending a screenshot to a Sezzle representative for them to manually go in and change that. I wish there was a way to change it yourself at anytime.

Some benefits are that I’ve had a wonderful customer service experience with Sezzle, and the platform for retailers is very clean and simple to use.

0 interest for the customer, would be great if the fee was split between the merchant and customer. was simple to integrate with woocomerce and works flawlessly. Heavily reduces fraud chances for the merchant as sezzle verifies customer data and makes it near impossible for a fraud transaction to take place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

8% fee for the merchant, would be great if the fee was split between the merchant and customer. and would like longer terms for the customer. Customer service to tough to get a hold of sometimes as you have to leave a message or send an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

allowing users with limited resources to purchase high dollar items on a schedule that works for them. Using sezzle also helps take risk away from the merchant with the crazy amount of ecommerce fraud that is happening. I have never seen 1 sale with sezzle turn out to be fraud.
