It has many positives. My favorite is the staggered send. When SS sends for you, it staggers and drips the emails throughout the day so that you have higher deliverability - especially when you are sending to a lot of contacts in the same company. SeventhSense also works to interpret user AI on when they are most active in their inbox - they use that data to get the email into the inbox at the precise right time. You have a dashboard on seventh sense that also reports out on how well these email campaigns are performing. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** I do not have too many things to say on disliking SS. The ONLY thing I can think of is the extra steps required only while using Marketo. You do have to create a different delivery list and run it through the campaign to populate the list. That is the only negative which is not too bad, and it still is not considered an enormous con. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving better deliverability. We are solving more opens, and fewer unsubscribes, fewer emails going to a spam filter. We can reach out to more companies and more leads at the same time. ### 2. Sevebth Sense helped us run better campaigns but fine tune it. We can test them with different versions to see what was effective or not. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** The UI is almost the like hunt and find. You get used it too. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to make sure campaigns are effective instead floating in the nethers. Also if you're looking for email domain recovery you need this tool, as sending over a distributed time can help to improve this. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an edge for email deliverability, in our business we email provides a hefty part of our revenue attribution so any lift we can get there helps out. Seventh Sense was great at providing this, and we saw an almost immediate difference in some of our email sending. We needed to find a solution to keep contacts engaged with our email campaigns. Using seventh sense it helped us improve our email engagement metrics, our open rate now is between 18% and 37% **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** Before the release of the new workflow extension, it was not easy for our marketing team to use webhooks and workflows, they required switching between multiple browser tabs, but now with new workflow extension is super easy to use, amazing support from Mike and his team. **Recommendations to others considering Seventh Sense:** If email marketing is a serious channel for your marketing activities, then you need seventhsense in your marketing tech stack **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to fix our low email engagement rates, after using seventhsense we increased our open rate of 4 - 5% to reach 18-37% ### 5. Also able to work flexibly with trying out new things and love the ability to monitor email list decay / engagement. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** I guess I wish there was more of a native HubSpot integration as getting a new user set up requires them learning the process for sending using two systems, but this isn't something which stops the tool's performance, more of a preference / user experience thing. **Recommendations to others considering Seventh Sense:** If you have any questions, speak to Seventh Sense - they're extremely responsive to ideas for improvement and always willing to help you get the most out of the tool. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email deliverability - I knew something was going right when someone from another agency was emailing me to ask how i'd consistently got marketing emails into their main inbox rather than the Gmail promotions tab. You can do as much as you can as a marketer to get your content to the right people, but Seventh Sense helps you get it to the right people at the right time. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** It doesn't work with date-based workflows in HubSpot and you have to come up with some creative workarounds to optimize the first email in an automated sequence which can sometimes cause extra steps. **Recommendations to others considering Seventh Sense:** Seventh Sense makes sense for you if you send a large volume of emails or have a built up database. You can use it for a mix of email blasts and automated sequences to ensure you're getting the most out of the tool. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped a lot with reengaging client databases, which sometimes we inherit in pretty bad shape. Reconnecting contacts is a major one. We can redo our messages past the run of the mill name in headline and personalization tokens through the duplicate. ### 12. This is especially important for our salespeople. They are able to reach out to prospects at the time that makes the most sense to them. People get buried in emails. As a marketing professional, I'm constantly being bombarded with products that solve a ton of different problems - usually problems that I've either already solved, don't, have, or can solve another way. The Seventh Sense made me realize I had a problem, and that it could solve it for me. Being able to automate email sends for the best time for each individual contact is a game changer. My click through rates have gone through the roof in a short period of time. Where I was once averaging 1% click, I'm now getting 3%-6%. Seriously. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** There's really nothing to not like, so far. The product works as expected, the sales process was painless, and the price is probably too low, if anything. **Recommendations to others considering Seventh Sense:** Just go out and get it. The customer service has been great, quick response time. We just started using it last week but the user interface is straightforward and very simple to learn, and the analytics are digestible and actionable. **What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?** You have to choose lists through your CRM. We use HubSpot and you can't select multiple lists through 7th sense. You'll either have to do multiple sends or combine lists in HubSpot before sending. Not a deal-breaker but adds a step. **What problems is Seventh Sense solving and how is that benefiting you?** Re-engaging contacts is a big one. We just started using it but already have seen some dormant contacts start engaging.
