These guys are amazing they offer fully customized and industry Text Analytics solution, most of their team are from world's premier Technical institutions  and have capability to offer great insights to the data.

**What do you like best about SetuServ?**

Timely reports on specified crediteria in regular intervals, deep insights to the customer data from all of their online reviews which no other company does.

**What do you dislike about SetuServ?**

There is nothing to dislike them they are simply amazing at their work.

**What problems is SetuServ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are struggling with unknown segments that are causing under performance of our products and with the help of SetuServ Analytics we were able to fix the areas where it required improvement,

Several projects ranging from text analytics of consumer review submissions, employee feedback, and app reviews. 

**What do you like best about SetuServ?**

Strong customer service, extremely capable analysts, and reasonable cost.

**What do you dislike about SetuServ?**

Nothing major for our situation but currently at limited scale. Company has grown since our last engagement with them. 

**Recommendations to others considering SetuServ:**

Develop clarity and alignment internally on the goals from Text Analytics if you are approaching such a project for the first time. 

**What problems is SetuServ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting unstructured data to structured thematic summaries for internal employee feedback. Insights used for management decisions. Similar approach for analyzing consumer feedback about website and apps to keep improving the solutions.
