What do you like best about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?

It assists with transferring tickes between me and team members. finding the managers for each team, determining who to assign the tickets to, and checking the history of previous tickets. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?

When accessing a large knowledge base, there can be lag or delay in loading due to the amount of information it contains. The pricing structure for the service is somewhat expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?

I like that The platform is easy to use with good functionality for example, in my previous project we were required to make reports on the number of Incidents and requests so I was easily able to pull the data from serviceNow platform using the relevant filters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Software Asset Management?

I would like the application to respond more quickly, Most of the time it is working fine but sometimes when i apply some filters it takes time to load the enteries. This could be because I am using a VDI but it would be great if it could be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceNow Software Asset is one of the awesome ticket handling tool for IT industry.

Many major IT companies using this software for their organisation purpose.

In the ServiceNow Asset Management tool difficult to check for every queues.
