The UI is very good and someone who doesn't have much coding knowledge also can work on it easily. The code snippet helps the coding part as well so that the user doesn't have to worry about that as well. **What do you dislike about ServiceNow - Custom Data Actions?** The one part which I don't like is, that initially, it took some time for me to understand how to work on this. I think it's difficult for someone who doesn't know what the action is can take this up easily.
