Servicely Reviews & Product Details

Servicely is the AI-native service management platform where AI agents do the work, a complete ITSM and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform that combines the system of record and the system of action in one product. Legacy service management platforms log tickets, route queues and manage work. Servicely resolves it. AI agents embedded across the platform classify and triage requests, summarise incidents, retrieve knowledge, recommend resolutions, trigger workflows, update records and complete fulfilment inside governed, auditable enterprise workflows with humans in the loop where you want them. The result: faster resolution, less manual admin, lower cost of service delivery, and a platform you configure without armies of consultants. Full-function ITSM ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue, CMDB and SLA management production-ready out of the box, extended without code. Enterprise Service Management on one platform Run every service team on the same platform and data model: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Security Operations, Risk Management, and Vendor & Contract Management. AI agents that do the work Always-on AI agents deliver self-service to employees and customers, resolve or triage requests autonomously, and proactively identify and act on problems cutting ticket volume and operational cost, not just deflecting questions. Generative AI in every workflow An AI copilot for every service agent: summarise tickets, draft responses, generate knowledge articles and surface next-best actions, grounded in your own data with Retrieval Augmented Generation for accuracy. Orchestration & automation Automate actions inside the platform and across integrated systems. Eliminate swivel-chairing and low-value work, and build complex multi-system automation without scripting. No-code / low-code/ vibe-code configuration Fully configurable from a field change to a custom application. Workflow builder, forms, business rules and app builder let service teams ship changes in days, not quarters. Unified self-service portal One portal for every enterprise service. Employees and customers log requests, resolve incidents and find answers with AI agents resolving the majority before they ever reach a queue. Enterprise-grade integrations & governance Native integrations plus REST API to your key business applications, with AI actions running across them. Single-tenant architecture, role-based access, full audit trails and governed AI controls for enterprise assurance. Servicely is trusted by enterprise organisations across APACV.
