**What do you like best about Service Pack for Agents?**

If you have multiple duplicate issues in your Jira board then this tool can delete the duplicate tickets to clean your Jira board.
Due to this , there is very minimum chances of conflicts in the team.
This is very easy to implement in the Jira.
The productivity and time also manage after iplementing this as team can follow single board to look for all issues.

**What do you dislike about Service Pack for Agents?**

We can create a automated rule to discard the duplicate tickets but sometimes the subject line of tickets looks similar but actually they are for different issue or features so it discard the another 1 and manage only 1 ticket in the Jira board in that case we will have to either update the rule or add the Jira ticket manually in Jira board.

**What problems is Service Pack for Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IN my current project, we get the lots of tickets from the users around 60 ticket per hours so it was very difficult to manage all tickets and distribute it in the team later we analyzed that lots of tickets are duplicates or multiple team members working on the same kind of tickets at the same time so to resolve this issue and conflicts we integrated Issue Meger for Jira in our Jira board now the tickets count reduced from 60 to 45 per hours and there is no conflicts with the team as well.
