It is sometimes challenging to find the options needed to get reports to provide the data we want. When we have called support, we sometimes speak to several people before getting someone that can help. I really like how easy it was to transfer from an old system to the Servant Keeper's system! As a temp in the past, I've been a part database overhauls in the past that took weeks to complete. This experience was awesome, I was able to format, map and import in less than two days and with white glove service, someone is with you every step of the way! I really like the staff, everyone is very friendly and wants to help in any way they can. I also like Servant Keeper Notify which allows you to put out emergency alerts, even notifications etc. All of this in one place since this system integrates with your regular SK records! The mobile app could have a bit more features, but you can access the account through you're phone's browser and access the features I'm thinking of-- looking at a member's attributes to see who is in the choir, for example. It is easy to use. We like being able to track all of our contact information with basically any additional fields we want to use. We also use it for our financial information. We like that it ties to Quickbooks and to Vanco. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reports are impossible to customize and not all the ones we want are included. Trying to track pledges is near impossible - we are a small church and I have had to create my own spreadsheets to get the information I need which is downright ridiculous. Servant Keeper gets confused with prior year givings towards pledges and doesn't always recognize a fulfilled pledge on a contribution statement (always a source of consternation from our members). Servant keeper offers a whole church experience, from directory to children's ministry check in. As it competes with bigger companies like Planning center it has the advantage of being cost effective as a package rather than subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Servant keeper is not always as customizable as needed. It doesn't have the connection pieces that help with overall tracking for your organization. It also does not have a great user friendly interface for outside of administration. The screen size for check in is inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
