I loved utilizing Series25. It was a great management software that truly helped our office communicate and plan events with clients across campus. The system was very easy to work through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't like that the system was very limited in its efficiency. After moving from my position to another University and utilizing a different software, 25Live is behind the ball when it comes to partners and communication within the system. I would highly suggest 25 looking into a more efficient process in communicating to campus partners with task and resource items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best about series25 is the ease of scheduling, events, groups, classes etc. It's like my own event planner! I can find venues right there and schedule them as well and the graphic space anaylsis is really amazing and essential if your planning to renovate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on how many course sections I'm adding it can take a little while to get my results, but not always Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This system is extremely useful to colleges and universities, that have many rooms available, and meetings to be held. In the educational setting, we have many clubs, academic, departmental, and other types of meetings, along with external events, internal events, and various other reasons rooms may need to be booked. The system also allows for all of the requests (room, media setup, food, furniture layouts, etc.) to be requested at once, and sent out for approval to all areas dealing with that specific request. There are some fixed issues and lack of editing that can be tedious with the system. For example, once a request is sent, you cannot make edits without directly contacting an area regarding the edit. This means that for food, you will need to request that separately if you are not sure what you may need booking out. I like the versatility of the search/report feature on 25Live. It allows my team and I to run searches on practically any combination for specific events and keep all of our reservations organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how dated the program looks and often acts. It seems to glitch or delay when in the middle of processing or inputting information and we usually have to contact someone to service the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there happens to be a lot of events in one day, sometimes the pages can very large and their hard to read through, maybe creating a way to condense all that information date would be better on the reader Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Series25 line has been integral in launching my career as a higher education events and operations/ administrative services professional. Their interfaces are fairly intuitive to me and having experience with scheduling software, especially the Series25 line, makes me a desirable candidate in my industry as it does seem to be the standard in higher education. In use of R25 and 25Live I believe the Series25 products would be improved by making it easier to toggle between login accounts (R25) and sites (25Live: production, admin,config, lynx). In the two institutions that I've used this software in, I have not had the benefit of rolling out the system. Updating information could be more streamlined which is why having an extensive understanding of how you might use the software to address present and future business problems is advisable. I enjoy being able to see of the schedule times comparatively displayed for multiple locations at once. It makes it easier to request an event so I don’t have to search availability individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On average it takes around 3-5 minutes to even get to the login screen. It sometimes even requires multiple refreshes as well. Very slow product initially, but usually works well after it loads completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
