It has many variants, and each seems to serve a specific purpose. I think all the features are relevant to any situation and everything you need to perform a full and complete web analysis.

I think ease of use was definitely one of the biggest things with this tool. It was very easy to go in and set up different report templates. Also, the cost was definitely lower than a lot of their competitors. On top of that, the final reports look really professional and are styled really nicely. One thing that was a little weird to us when we were reviewing the reports was that the different report templates we created could be changed by the user viewing our report. We were hoping there'd be a way for us to disable this because we don't want our users to see the web report and switch to another branding option, but that feature doesn't appear to be available right now. I find the keyword search feature restrictive and would prefer it to be unlimited for more flexibility. Additionally, the audits and the PDFs tend to load slowly, which disrupts my workflow. Another issue is the relevance of the suggested keywords; when I input two keywords, I receive ten others that I don't need, which is frustrating and makes keyword management inefficient.
