"Faster Entity Resolution and Smarter Matching with Senzing"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

We had built our own entity resolution module and used it successfully at clients with over 100M records. But we wanted faster performance and better matching intelligence. We got both with Senzing. And their SDK made it easy to integrate into our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

The initial integration of Senzing was quick and painless. But there are other capabilities that you have to dig a bit deeper to understand. I think they should publish more detailed examples (documents or videos) for training on the advanced features, such as their incremental learning. This saves us so much time, and improves matching, but we didn't know how it worked initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Data Integration and search"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

I love how capable Senzing is at handling huge data scales, and it's impressive how it runs in real time while being sequence agnostic. The feature scoring for different feature types is super useful too, and having GNR baked in, along with the ability to handle non-Latin character scripts, is invaluable. I also appreciate its handling of off-by-one and transcription errors, and the fact that it's all native is a huge plus. Integrating Senzing into our core platform, DarkSkreen, was the easiest compared to other products we've tried, which makes it perfect for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

I think address matching could be better. I understand improvements are under way, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Senzing just works...simple and quality!"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

Senzing is just so simple to use and scale. Based on other products I have tried, it JUST WORKS, out of the box. I have had to work with teams of people and spend a great deal of time getting entity resolution tuned and running wasting tons of time and money. With Senzing, it just happens. Super easy and reliable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

Not much! If I had to answer this question, I would say that the hardest part is getting your data into a format that Senzing can read (JSONL). But they have recently created a mapping tool based on AI that helps you do just that. So even that isn't problematic anymore! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Accuracy and Support with Senzing"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

I really appreciate Senzing's matching accuracy and its principles-based approach. The data ingest speed is impressive and saves us a lot of money. Their support team is also amazing—they're very responsive, and we often get answers back within the day, even to technical questions. I feel valued and supported as their partner. Additionally, the ability to transliterate and resolve in one process is a standout feature for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Senzing: Lightning-Fast Entity Resolution with Enterprise-Grade Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

Senzing was quick and easy to install and get up and running. What surprised our team most was how quickly it processed data and returned results. In fact, we found ourselves double-checking the logs to make sure it had actually run because it was that fast.

I had previously built my own entity resolution model, so I know firsthand how much ongoing maintenance is required to keep one performing at its best. When you compare that effort and cost with the price of Senzing, investing in their solution makes far more sense than maintaining your own.

Another major advantage is how easily it integrates with virtually any data source and platform, which significantly speeds up the onboarding process. I also appreciate the flexibility to build your own interface and tailor the solution to your needs.

The company continues to add valuable features, such as its MCP server, which allows you to use the AI model of your choice. You also have the flexibility to implement the security model that best fits your organization's requirements.

Overall, Senzing delivers excellent performance while maintaining the enterprise-grade flexibility, customization, and security that organizations need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

I haven't come across anything major - their support is top notch so whenever I have a product enhancement idea, they actually take the time to discuss it and upgrade the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Entity Resolution solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

I recently combined a subset of data from the National Provider Index (Doctors), Open Data (company names & addresses), and OIG Exclusions (Sanctioned Doctors) to understand relationships between these datasets.

Traditionally this would have taken months to build, however with Kiro (using Claude Opus 4.8) and the Senzing Kiro power it can now be done in two days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

There’s nothing really worth mentioning, since it would be the same for any enterprise-grade ER solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Integration and Powerful Data Resolution Engine"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

How easy it is to integrate, configure, map and load data and push resolved entities to other systems. The SDK is designed to function as a resolution engine for your needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

I wish it had a front end UI, but now with the advanced agents co-deployment, GRAPH and UI is a mute point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Entity Resolution connects Citizen Data across Silos"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

We have used Senzing as the entity resolution engine for a large-scale public sector data programme. Our client has citizen datasets scattered across more than 15 departments, and Senzing has helped us link records across those departments. Some of the challenges we have faced include name variations, date-of-birth typos, and incorrect identifiers, and Senzing has helped us overcome these challenges to build a 360 view of the citizens along with identifying possible data quality issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

Not much to add. There is a small learning curve in beginning when preparing the dataset for entity resolution but Senzing support team is very helpful and always available to answer any questions (very quick to respond). Supporting documentation is also available for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Entity Resolution That Makes Dataset Merging a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Senzing?

Senzing makes combining datasets together a breeze. Senzing's flexible entity resolution framework makes working with data from any language easy. Their system provides confidence ratings to data merges to the user and comes with a tool that allows the user to review the merges and splits of different entities from different datasets. While using Senzing, the Senzing team has been very responsive and have been readily available for any support we need including regularly setting up meeting to talk about our use of their tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Senzing?

Senzing has a sophisticated framework, sometimes this can cause users to have a learning curve to work with their tool, but their team and documentation help get around this. Given their software requires a setup once then works with data flows regularly, once you've tackled the initial learning their software is a life saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
