SENTRAVA AI Reviews & Product Details

Uptime and SSL monitoring for web agencies and MSPs, with incident records and white-label client reports your team approves before sharing. Your clients pay for care work they never see. SENTRAVA AI makes it visible. SENTRAVA AI is website monitoring built for WordPress care-plan agencies and managed IT providers that host or manage client websites. It checks client sites from the outside, emails your team when an outage is confirmed, keeps a timestamped record of what happened and what you did, and turns that record into a plain-language client report your team reviews before it goes out. What it does today: - Scheduled website checks: HTTP status and response time for every client site. One-minute checks on eligible paid plans, with failed checks confirmed from multiple regions. - SSL certificate checks and reminder emails at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before expiry. - Email downtime and recovery alerts. Recovery is confirmed by fresh checks before the email goes out. - Incident records: see the affected site, check results and history, take ownership and add timestamped fix notes as you work. - Human-reviewed client reports with optional AI drafts. Your team edits and approves before sharing. - White-label PDF export with your logo and colors on every paid plan, including Pay as you go. - Team seats with Owner, Admin, Technician and Viewer roles, report approvals and an audit trail. - No plugin. Works from the web address on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and custom sites. Your agency handles the fix. SENTRAVA handles the follow-through.
