**What do you like best about SendZEN?**

Being able to outsource my internal mail process has been a godsend, allowing my staff to focus on much more important functions of the business. The website is reliable and and easy to use. Thank you team SendZEN!

**What do you dislike about SendZEN?**

I want to see more features. As an example, it would be great if you could send physical checks through the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering SendZEN:**

Stop wasting time sending mail, it’s 2021, this process should and can now be fully outsourced.

**What problems is SendZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve effectively outsourced our entire mail process which is especially impactful during COVID, my staff is now fully remote.

It’s shocking it’s taken this long for there to be innovation around sending mail.

It’s so easy to use, and a great product for the remote working law office!

**What do you dislike about SendZEN?**

I just want them to keep adding more features.

**What problems is SendZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple. I can send mail from home and don’t have to fill out certified mailing cards. I can also track my mail really easily.
