What do you like best about Sellvia?

1. Product packs that are filled with nice items that are in high demand. Recently they've launched new packs with trendy Armani, Calvin Klein, Tommy Helfiger items and im in love with them. I've always dreamt of selling brand clothes and now my dream came true thanks to Sellvia.

2. The most gorgeous store themes ever. My main niche is high ticket products and to sell this kind of products you have to have the most attractive and luxirious design ever. I've chosen one of selebrity themes and have no regrets, it looks really amazing. And I like also how quick they set up the theme!

3. User-friendly dashboard to manage all of your orders. There are so many features on it, they even have your business growth road map on it with step-by-step guidence of what to do.

4. Personal manager and customer support. My manager Angelina is amazing woman who is really into my business!! She always ready to give useful tips when I'm stuck with my store problems or dunno what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sellvia?

Always great service! I'm extremely satisfied with the assistance I'm receiving. Julia is not only professional and responsive but also genuinely committed to resolving my issues. What do you like best about Sellvia?

So I started my free trial in this October, when I started I literally didnt know anything about online store or how to create it and therefore was a bit scared that I wont be able to do anything well. But syllvia is good here, it has tons of tutorials, many step by step videos where you can see exactly what you need to do. I love that all the processes are smooth and easy for me, also the support team work great, I had a zoom call a few times and they answered politely to every question Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sellvia?

Kinda hard to say smth bad because so far havent seen any cons. Maybe just the thing that sometimes the amount of all products, tools and services they offer can feel overwhelming at first? Like, I got scared when I saw all those on my dashbord haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sellvia?

Now c'mon, growin up in Brooklyn I ‘ve seen a lot, but this? Nah, this something else, they don’t just brew you a cup of fresh online stores on Bedford Ave, right? Props to this company for how they treated me when I started my free trial.

They let me book a free consultation with my guy Brad and….he broke everything down!

My man Brad explained it all, clear as day, I appreciate that. And he also made sure I was cool with hopping on Zoom (you get to choose between Zoom and whatsapp and whatever you use). Brad was mad attentive, asking stuff like what goals I had in mind, what I wanted my shop to look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sellvia?

I still have my own job here in New York so I don’t have free time almost at all. So i need Brad and their team to respond quicker when I ask them things please!! What do you like best about Sellvia?

Ive already published review about Sellvia, but wanna mention once again the best features of their platform that I like:

1. Understanding customer support that is always ready to give useful tips how to grow your business and boost your sales

2. Ready product pack. Its so handy as you can just add them to your store and sell products that are in high demand

3. Store themes. I dont wanna put so many word into the description of gorgeous themes, just try it, all that i saw and try are awesome!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sellvia?

The most helpful thing about Sellvia for me is that it's pretty easy to use and to figure out what to do and how to manage your store if you're a newbie like me (I mean dropshipping). They automate most of the tasks like product research, import, payment gateways (i mean the setup somehow goes by default no additional actions needed like with shopify or woo or big commerce) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sellvia?

Solemn service, always attentive, problem resolved quickly. Don't hesitate to ask for their services in case of a problem. Any question I might bring up... There is always a logical answer to it. Great follow-ups and communication go smoothly.

Now, about the products... They really keep up with the latest trends, and I see updates in my dashboard almost every week. Holidays, seasonal changes, or political events... they always have something new. They try to stay trendy, and TBH, their offers are well-thought-out and diverse. It seems like they cover almost all of web marketing by now. I've been with them since March. I probably know half the support team. My growth manager, Sayeed, is the right guy for the job. On the downside... sometimes I have to wait a few hours for a response from support if they're really busy. And I get newsletters almost every day. Most of them are useful, but sometimes it's just ads for their products, so I have to filter those out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
