My tithe is pulled straight out of my paycheck first thing every month, and I don't have to think twice about it. **What do you dislike about SecureGive?** I have not found anything I dislike about SecureGive thus far. Every feature I've needed it to do, it has done well. **Recommendations to others considering SecureGive:** This is a great tool to give members of your congregation another option to give. It also provides the ability for people outside of your immediate congregation to give as well. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only thing I struggle with while using SecureGive is that it does not sync to our church-wide database, CCB. This makes it a little more difficult to have people sign up for things like summer camps. There is an extra step involved with making the payment. ### 3. We find that often our church members don’t have cash or check on them. But with securegive kiosks, they can tithe or donate using their credit cards. **What do you dislike about SecureGive?** I feel like this concept is still kinda new so some people are opposed to it based purely on the fact that it’s not the traditional way of giving. This is no fault of the product. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are making tithing more accessible to our congregants in a modern world. ### 4. It's very accessible for church members. The ipad kiosk makes it easy for members to swipe a card and set up recurring transactions. **What do you dislike about SecureGive?** It seems to require a lot of product updates. This causes our kiosk to go down until we can get it updated. This can cause a problem for members wanting to give at certain times. I have experienced a glitch occasionally with exporting information from the website if I've been logged in too long. It is possible that this is due to my specific browser, however. **Recommendations to others considering SecureGive:** This is a great product for managing contributions. It has an easy export feature and it allows members to give financially via the method that's most convenient for them. We have seen an increase in contributions since we've implemented this system. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Church members are able to give more easily and are more likely to give if they can set up automated payments, pay from their phones, pay with a card, etc. We can even set up temporary category in the middle of a church service if we need to add one for a natural disaster or for a specific need. ### 6. Giving to your church shouldn't be a difficult thing for you to do. If you can purchase products with the tap of a card or your phone, why shouldn't you be able to tithe in the same way. Some other benefits is that the platform automates everything and can help you keep track of analytics for the way people give and can help you optimize the way your congregation gives. **What do you dislike about SecureGive?** One of the main pitfalls for this is that it does come at a cost and even a monthly fee. This is just a problem that now some of your tithes are contributing to this product instead of going solely to the church. However, if you take away barriers to giving then you will, in all likelihood, receive more and potentially see a larger increase in your congregations giving, making it absolutely affordable. **Recommendations to others considering SecureGive:** Take a look at your current tithing methods. People have to pay cash or write cheques. This isn't a viable option in 2017. This creates barriers to giving. People might decide to skip this week's tithe and give again next week. This way there are no excuses. Everyone should be able to give their 10% (or more) easily. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product allows you automate tithing and helps to remove barriers to people giving to their church. This allows people to easily and conveniently give their tithe on a regular and dependable basis. ### 7. Customer Service 2. Better Rates 3. User Interface **What do you dislike about SecureGive?** At the time we started, they didn't have a full suite of services. However, now they do! **Recommendations to others considering SecureGive:** In my review, I have to admit we switched from SecureGive a couple of months ago. HOWEVER, we switched to a full service software to do more than donor management. After we had begun the switch and were fully in, we found that SecureGive was moving to a full service software management system! We probably would have stayed with SecureGive, had we known. Give SecureGive a try! I have personally recommended it to my colleagues. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We realized savings over traditional giving platforms. Online giving was increased in our congregation. ### 8. Also start with a single kiosk and grow from there based on usage. **What problems is SecureGive solving and how is that benefiting you?** SecureGive has really helped bring our congregation into the modern era with digital giving. ### 9.
