"Strengthening Privileged Access Security with Securden Unified PAM"
5/5
What do you like best about Securden Unified PAM?

I’m able to access servers in a secure way, and it helps us monitor the changes being made. It also lets us keep all our servers stored in one place, which makes things more organised. With a single click, we can connect to whatever we need to access, and that makes the whole process much easier. Session monitoring also helps us track and review activity during server access, giving us clear visibility into user actions and helping ensure access stays secure and authorised. The platform could offer a more streamlined workflow for managed privileged access, with fewer steps for routine admin tasks, clearer visibility into approval status, and more detailed error messages to make troubleshooting easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securden Unified PAM?

The core audit logs and session recordings are captured perfectly, customizing the compliance reports exactly the way our management wants takes some extra effort. Also, during the initial setup, mapping very specific, granular access policies for nested groups took a bit of trial and error to get right. Bringing Custom reports would help us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I noticed is that if PAM is unavailable, privileged access can be impacted, especially for critical tasks. Also, the initial configuration process could be more streamlined, and improving dashboard navigation and report filtering would make privileged access monitoring and audit reviews more efficient. "Streamlined Privileged Access with Room for UI Enhancements"
5/5
What do you like best about Securden Unified PAM?

I particularly like the recent improvements around Just-In-Time access and the browser extension. The more granular JIT workflows make it easier to control privileged access across users, roles, groups, and assets. The enhanced browser extension, along with the session recording capabilities, also makes privileged access more convenient while still providing stronger visibility and auditing.

On pricing, it feels competitive for the market and overall good. Onboarding was also effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securden Unified PAM?

I feel the web RDP feature could definitely use improvement. I sometimes run into pixelation issues where the images look blurry or part of the RDP screen turns black during a session, which affects the stability. Also, the direct copy-paste between my local machine and the web RDP isn't as seamless as I'd like; it requires extra steps with the clipboard, which can be a hassle. And then there's the synchronization with Active Directory. Sometimes newly created objects, like accounts or computers, don't appear after syncing. It seems like it needs a better way of verifying object counts so nothing's missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Securden Unified PAM stands out for its all-in-one approach to privileged access management. It brings together password vaulting, JIT access, secure remote access, session recording, and endpoint privilege management into a single, unified platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
