Some of the things I like best about SearchMyFiles is that it is lightweight, portable and easy to use. I like the fact that it doesn't need to be installed to by used, and can be run from a USB stick. What problems is SearchMyFiles solving and how is that benefiting you? I use SearchMyFiles carry out searches that the regular Windows "search for files" feature often can't perform convincingly. With this software I'm able to search by wildcards and also able to search for recently created files within a particular size category. It is a very light program with which I find files using different search options. I can place where I want to search, the directories I want to exclude, choose between binary or text files, Include jpg files, search by files or folders, include size or creation time: 1, 7, 10 days.
