originally I was sold that I could get 1000 leads a day. Quick math = 365000 leads a year for $1500 that's a killing of a deal. But then, I found out that "leads" were sourced contacts matching ICP, not real leads as these people/companies have not yet raised their hand as interested to be approached by my sales team. And then the other thing that actually threw me off was that it is really 1000 contacts per day. If I don't go there a day or a few days or a few months, I don't get these 1000/day back, the timer resets to 1000 every day. And then it's not 12:00 AM my time, it is 12:00 AM UTC = 5:00 PM my time! Good to know, so that when I start my use of seamless.ai at 4:30 PM, I can go on for another 1000 contacts as of 5:00 and source 2000 contacts every other day. Most help is the ability to get phone numbers and email addresses of Marketing and HR people at certain target companies. It is also very helpful in finding companies in specific geographies, with specific traits, that I can add to my target list. I find some contacts aren't available due to outdated information. It's frustrating when the person is no longer with the company, or the contact numbers are incorrect and reach the wrong person. It would help if Seamless updated their records. Also, when I close and reopen the application, my search settings reset, and I have to reselect location and department every time. It'd be great if it remembered my last search state. Lastly, I'd appreciate a simpler, more affordable plan just for searching contact numbers for personal use.
