It's a great all round SEO tool, you can run ad-hoc SEO audits, backlink analysis and competitor research on the fly as well as having regular scheduled SEO and keyword audits run as projects, which can be used for regular ongoing clients - you can even get these emailed to the client too, making the SEO work and progress being done very transparent, which some clients really like. Adding a new URL/Project is very easy to implement, and it integrates with the main Google GA4 and Search Console tools, so you know the data you see is as good as it gets. I've not really needed much support but have offered feeback to the customer support team previously which has been taken on board to improve the product, which is refreshing!
