The most helpful thing about SCW is tracking the execution of the run time on the lines. The automatic sensors will allow us to be notified when something happens. Using OEE Tracker allowed us to see real time production data and the ability to assess performance and efficiency rates in a way that reduces the amount of time it takes to assess production/labor/maintenance KPIs and address issues immediately. My main issue with the OEE tracker is that it is web-based. This can result in performance issues, especially if there are Wi-Fi shortages on the floor, leading to immediate outages on the web.
