"I have had nothing but good things to say about SCW."

What do you like best about SCW.AI?

The most helpful thing about SCW is tracking the execution of the run time on the lines. The automatic sensors will allow us to be notified when something happens. The sensor counts that SCW collects is very helpful when looking at product by product and which product will most likely to have more in process waste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SCW.AI?

I think the downsides of SCW for me would start internally. There is a lot of information that needs to be fixed at the end of teh week which changes the data, causing it to not be 100% accurate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SCW.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

why and how we are wasting so much product when packaging

the speed of the line and expected output units vs actual output units

tracking the duration and problems of changeovers between products

What do you like best about SCW.AI?

Using OEE Tracker allowed us to see real time production data and the ability to assess performance and efficiency rates in a way that reduces the amount of time it takes to assess production/labor/maintenance KPIs and address issues immediately. What do you dislike about SCW.AI?

What do you like best about SCW.AI?

I love how easy this OEE Tracker is to use for both the Administrative and Shop floor users. Additionally, my experience of working with the Customer Service team has been truly exceptional. Their dedication and willingness to understand our business needs have been outstanding. What do you dislike about SCW.AI?

My main issue with the OEE tracker is that it is web-based. This can result in performance issues, especially if there are Wi-Fi shortages on the floor, leading to immediate outages on the web. What problems is SCW.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracker very helpful. It allows me to systematically measure the efficiency of my equipment by considering factors like availability, performance, and quality.
