I love how Scrivener helps me organize my manuscript, move things about, and keep track of important information, like script ideas, plot progress, characters, and their identity. Scrivener helps track my progress so I know how many words are in my manuscript, chapters, and so on. There is so much more, but these are the critical features for me as an author. What problems is Scrivener solving and how is that benefiting you? I love how I can organize all my chapters, character information, plot plans, and resources all in one place and not have to jump around to locate it in my files. I can compile a single chapter, a portion of a novel or the whole thing, whenever I like. I am the one who controls the contents of my compiles. It is very easy to more portions around, or to do a screen capture of a page, before I rewrite or edit. Then I can go back and compare, selecting which I prefer, without interrupting the flow of the document. Finally, I love that Grammarly can be integrated directly into Scrivener and that i don't have to leave my writing program, just have my spelling and grammar checked.
