I can be in front of my patient talking to them instead in front of a computer typing. A big upside to is is it definetly improves my efficiency and streamlines my workflow and keeps my notes organized and accurate. **What do you dislike about ScribeRyte?** The app glitches somtimes and freezes. You can use it offline but it does not work as well as being connected to wifi. Technology is always perfect if it always works perfectly but in today's world we know that is not always the case. **What problems is ScribeRyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** It not only helps with saving my time but also cost and overhead as if I would pay a live human to round with me all day it would be alot more expensive. **Official Response from Gillian Stott:** > Hello Jessica. My charts are done thoroughly and accurately in a timely fashion. The scribes are all very kind when reaching out for clarification. **What do you dislike about ScribeRyte?** Some scribes are a bit more thorough than others, however most are very good at their job. Others don't tend to write things said in incomplete sentences that are not coherent. **What problems is ScribeRyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is benefitting me by getting my charts done accurately and quicker than before. Previously, I was waiting sometimes a full day for my charts to be completed. Also, the initial setup was easy. **What do you dislike about ScribeRyte?** The notification or chat system is an issue because I do not get notifications if the scribe messages me. And there's a delay in talking to the scribe.
