What I like best about Screenz is that it makes the screening process feel more personal while saving recruiters a lot of time. Instead of relying solely on resumes, candidates get the chance to express themselves through AI-led conversations, giving hiring teams richer insights and helping them make more confident decisions.

I really like how much time Screenz Interactive AI Recruiter saves without sacrificing quality. Once the roles are set up, it handles early-stage interviews very easily. I appreciate how easy the whole setup and integration process is, and the team is super responsive and takes feedback seriously, which makes the overall experience even better. The integration options are better than other tools, and it makes working with the team very easy. It feels very minimal, and the AI interviewers and their scoring feel more accurate. Also using ATS integration-importing job roles and qualified candidates and sending auto interview links via email became very easy and time-saving. Even candidates seem to like giving interviews in Screenz. The step-by-step guide for setting up is great, even for a first-time user. Overall, Screenz is very easy to set up and use.

Honestly, I have not had any issues with this platform and my overall experience has been very smooth.

**What problems is Screenz Interactive AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to point out details I would not consider when it comes to cheating in interviews with their AI detector, and it speeds up early-round interviews. Before, it was much more unorganized, and we had to spend time interviewing every candidate. Now that this answers all the early questions at any time the candidate is free, it speeds up the process by a lot. The integration process was very easy, and the Screenz team was there to walk us through the platform and guide us. I thought the pricing was fair given the resources and the number of ATS integrations available on the platform.

I like how good the AI is and how well it qualifies and engages with candidates that apply. I also appreciate that I can create my own questions for the AI to ask and develop the scoring criteria on how I want the answers to be scored. The AI engages better than humans and can respond while being an expert in any field. The initial setup was very easy; I created an account and it started shortlisting the best candidates in minutes.

I would like it to source candidates. It doesn't source, it will interview your existing list or people who apply.

It's easy to use, and save us a lot of time.
After the role is set up, you just send the interview link to whoever you want to interview, and the IA will talk with the person.
It's good that IA has knowledge about anything that it needs to talk, so if the interviewee really is knowledgeable, they get flagged as such.

**What do you dislike about Screenz Interactive AI Recruiter?**

It like some people don't seem to like get interviewed by an IA, but we do a second interview anyway.

It let's us interview way more candidates than what we could before.
