Scoot is an experiential meeting and webinar platform that provides new ways for people to interact in a virtual setting. Patented Social Presence® technology promotes connections because meeting attendees can move and mingle, just like they do in real life. Scoot is ideal for meetings and webinars that have more than 25 attendees. When attendees want to engage with each other, company representatives, and subject matter experts, an interactive experience on Scoot provides more value than a broadcast-style meeting or webinar. There are two experience modes in Scoot. Mingle mode enables attendees to move within a customized, branded virtual space. Presentation mode provides presenters to share content and videos. Screen sharing is enabled at three levels: group discussion, entire room, and entire Scootaverse. Smart Badges are populated with attendee data and are searchable. Attendees can enter their Smart Badge data during registration or upon entry. Data can also be loaded in advance or imported from external systems. Smart Badge data can be configured as conditionally viewable. Scoot supports all major browsers and mobile devices. "New Level of Video Chats"

What do you like best about Scoot?

It's a very cool idea to be able to move around in the "room" and talk with other people and groups. I definitely get the feel of being at a large mixer or event where there are going to be pockets of people that I can speak to. Also, the volume changing dynamic is very useful when you want to have a side conversation with someone in a bigger group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoot?

No mobile ability is the biggest shortfall for me. I know the product is sort in a beta stage but eventually if I can use Preciate from my mobile device (with ease), that would certainly allow me to utilize it more with my work and social groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great way to connect with friends and colleagues outside of the apps we associate with work in a more casual and organic way. Zoom or Microsoft Teams have a work/meeting room feel with the stress and pressures that come with it, and this is a great option to get out of that element when it's more social. "Competent business tool"

What do you like best about Scoot?

This is a product that picks up where Teams and Zoom leave the scene- literally! It makes it easy to organize and manage meetings by making the process visual. I am an intensive user of both great products but often they can be cumbersome when managing multiple teams. I found Preciate easy to use, intuitive, great UI with a good range of meeting tools. What do you dislike about Scoot?

I had two issues: 1. When sharing a screen in presenter mode, could not see other participants 2. When logging in the audio, video defaults have to be set manually each time before you can join the meeting. In Teams and Zoom also but their implementation is better. What problems is Scoot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Four problems solved for my team by Preciate include: 1. Splitting up groups much easier 2. Tracking who is in teams much easier 3. Selecting/identifying/joining a team to join much easier 4. What do you like best about Scoot?

If you regularly have meetings with more than three people, Preciate is spectacular. It's so much easier to use than zoom, and because you can move around within the room, it's easy to avoid one person dominating the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scoot?

- Love the ability to interact with individuals in the same way we would in-person. This app allows social events to be more effective than a traditional Teams meeting we would otherwise use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Feeling like an intermediary for a bigger sales deal.
