We initially started using School Pass as a covid wellness check solution in addition to our previous visitor management system. The best thing with SchoolPass that we've found is that once it's set up for the year properly, it has continued to work great without any hitches. The quickpin system is fantastic and was well received by our staff and students who were previously having to verbally answer questions in addition to having their temperature taken. We've had a lot of issues with the visitor management app itself connecting to badge printers, and after several rounds of video calls with their support had to send them the printers to get them swapped out. I also don't know if this was a misunderstanding from our operations department, or a miscommunication but the school year needed to be manually rolled over at the beginning of the year instead of pulling from one of our databases, which caught us by surprise.
