The automated check in and check out reduces the burden on administrators allowing eficient flow of visitors. We implemented this during Covid in order to evaluate the visitor entry and since then, it has become an integral part of the scool security system. Real time monitoring is greatly helpful to school staff. Also, the customizable permissions and emergency services which allows immediate response during critical situation is also greatly useful **What do you dislike about SchoolPass?** Sometimes , it poses certain technical issues like network problems. Other than that, I didnt find any downsides for the sytem **What problems is SchoolPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** SchoolPass is a valuable asset for institutions priroitizing safety and operational efficiency. For tracking COVID-19, it involved answering only a few questions each morning, which would give you the pass to go into school that day, depending on your answers. Determining whether students were fit to enter the school was as simple as a quick look at their SchoolPass status, making it very effiecient for schools with potentially hundreds of students. This kind of check in would be impossible without an app like SchoolPass. It can also be used by parents for checking students in or out of school, which would normally involve phone calls with the school office. Overall, SchoolPass is a very modern solution and offers ease of use, convenience, and scalability to almost any use case. **What do you dislike about SchoolPass?** I have no significant negative feedback for the app. It's simple and does its job well. **What problems is SchoolPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to handle the health and absence status of hundreds of students manually is inefficient. We can use it daily so we can easily monitor our chilren. This software has a lot of features that is very easy to navigate. The software was designed with ease of implementation in mind with ease of integration with other devices. Support team is very informartive and responsive. **What do you dislike about SchoolPass?** None. We are still adjusting to get ourselves back to normal howeve we do have a little restrictions and with this app we can get ourselves be safe as well trying the new normal after pandemic. **What problems is SchoolPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** The advantages of using the Schoolpass is we can enter the campus faster and quickier for students as well the employer. The best thing with SchoolPass that we've found is that once it's set up for the year properly, it has continued to work great without any hitches. The quickpin system is fantastic and was well received by our staff and students who were previously having to verbally answer questions in addition to having their temperature taken. Additionally, everyone I've interacted with at School Pass, either for support, training, or implementation best practices has been polite and professional. **What do you dislike about SchoolPass?** We've had a lot of issues with the visitor management app itself connecting to badge printers, and after several rounds of video calls with their support had to send them the printers to get them swapped out. I also don't know if this was a misunderstanding from our operations department, or a miscommunication but the school year needed to be manually rolled over at the beginning of the year instead of pulling from one of our databases, which caught us by surprise. **Recommendations to others considering SchoolPass:** School Pass is a great system that does a lot for us. I'd recommend anyone looking to use this at their organization make sure to properly evaluate if School Pass will alleviate stress in your organization or add to it. Especially for the users who will be using it in an administrative capacity. **What problems is SchoolPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been able to solve the issue of tracking wellness for our students and staff, a carpool management system, as well as a more streamlined visitor management system. Our main benefits from using Schoolpass have been quicker access to campus for both students and staff, and an easier carpool system for our staff to use when dismissing the students. ### 11. It helps ensure students only go home with an authorized driver and lets us know the moment their car enters campus. It also allows parents to make changes during the day to their family's dismissal plan, which saves the school from going through that process. We also know what cars come onto campus, adding a level of security. We also used it this use to conduct wellness checks for everyone before coming onto campus. **What do you dislike about SchoolPass?** It took a long time for everyone to get used to the system. If a relative picks up a student on a particular day, the system doesn't work unless the parents think to put the car plates into Schoolpass ahead of time. We had issues where the power went out and impacted our cameras, and overall it just took a while to get buy-in from the families and our staff who work dismissal. **What problems is SchoolPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** More security for the school.
