It is highly configurable, and we have thrown a variety of bar codes at it successfully. **What do you dislike about Scanbot Barcode Scanner SDK?** Our experience with the support team has been very poor. Some critical piece of Apryse/Scanbot's renewal and license management process is outsourced to staff in Asia that work hours inconsistent with US-based hours. This has resulted in a week's worth of back and forth emails in which we have been unable to get a proper license key for our domains despite remitting payment weeks prior. We have requested meetings to resolve what appear to be simple administrative hurdles (incorrect domain names referenced in license keys), and the only support vector appears to be email support.
