The set-up is fairly easy, there's plenty of info: documents for marketing peeps and the tech-savy ones. Dashboard is easy to use, for the one(s) running the program to the affiliate publishers. Haven't had any complaints from our publihers. Everyone loves it. **What do you dislike about Scaleo?** There are a few items that Scaleo either needs to improve or is already working on it. Yeah, that is another big advantage of Scaleo: they are really switched on and keen on hearing feedback and how to improve the system. * Being able to move a conversion from one level to another is important for companies that use tiered conversion levels, for example, quote, booking request and booking. There are workarounds, but being able to move conversion A to conversion B would make life easier for everyone. **Recommendations to others considering Scaleo:** Set up a test system and you'll see why Scaleo is a great solution for companies that don't want to rely on big affiliate networks. Or join someone else's Scaleo set-up if you don't want to run your own affiliate system. **What problems is Scaleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running a better affiliate program, more control so more flexibility... When compare to running an affiliate program via one of the big networks. That make Scaleo perfect for small to medium companies and/or companies in a region where these big networks aren't active. ### 3. In addition to that, the support is very professional and super fast. I highly recommend it. **What do you dislike about Scaleo?** I like almost everything with Scaleo and I see it as the best affiliate software except one thing which is they host the software on only one zone on AWS which makes me have some doubts about the data and the stability of the software and the traffic, I never face any issue with that before but to be sure 100% that it will stable they need to host the software on multi zones. **What problems is Scaleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Scaleo I wasn't able to manage the campaigns for our affiliates and pay them on the time but Scaleo handled everything for us and make us just focus on growing our business without the hassle of the affiliate channel. ### 4. There are many affiliate tracking platforms now though, so just having good tracking isn't enough. Surprisingly in 2021 companies are still designing platforms that work well on desktop but not on mobile or tablet. Absolutely crazy. Scaleo is the first platform I have come across that has actually been designed to work well across all devices. You can easily manage virtually all aspects of the platform from your mobile device. Especially useful for critical campaign changes you may need to make on the move or whilst you are not at a PC. **What do you dislike about Scaleo?** I have come across a few small minor bugs. The team are on hand though via live chat and Telegram to discuss these and investigate them promptly.
